Wills & Probate
If you haven't made a will yet, consider the benefits. It will stop family members going head to head over assetts.You can designate a guardian for a child or vulnerable adult. You can leave personal items to specific loved ones. You can make gifts to charity. For your will to correctly mirror your desires it must be carefully drawn up. In drafting your will we make sure that your wishes are correctly interpreted, that legal challenges are prevented and that everything will be as you want it to be.
We provide a personal service ensuring the Will is correctly witnessed. We will gladly visit you at home and explain everything to you. Afterwards we will store your Will for you free of charge. Finally you are very welcome to park on the forecourt when visiting us.

Richard, formally a Bank Manager for Barclays Bank, has worked at Pleass Thomson for over 15 years. Richard has passed Society of Trusts and Estate Practioners exams and is a very committed compassionate member of the Team.
